Please be aware that some people are parking too close to residents drive ways on Santa Anita causing problems accessing their homes. Please make sure you leave plenty of room and do not infringe on other peoples drive ways or property .

Our Association has been notified that a number of instances of blocked drive ways has taken place recently. These people have been very cooperative and gracious by calling us and not the police. However, if it does continue you will leave these people no alternative but to call the police to ticket and tow.

Please also remember when the park busy, the Strawberry Vale School parking lot will be open for additional parking.
