Rep "B" Team Tryouts:

For players who wish to play more competitively, Strawberry Vale is offering "B" teams at the following levels - tryouts for those teams are listed below:

Bantam B:
 - Tuesday, Feb 21 - 8:00-9:30pm at Pearkes Fieldhouse
 - Tuesday, Feb 28 - 8:00-9:30pm at Pearkes Fieldhouse
 - Saturday, Mar 3 - 10:00am-12:00pm at Rosedale Fields

Midget B:
 - Tuesday, Feb 21 - 8:00-9:30pm at Pearkes Fieldhouse
 - Tuesday, Feb 28 - 8:00-9:30pm at Pearkes Fieldhouse
 - Saturday, Mar 3 - 1:00-3:00pm at Rosedale Field
 - Sunday, Mar 4 - 1:00-3:00pm at Rosedale Field

Gym Times:

We have Gym times scheduled at Pearkes for those of you who wish to keep up with your skills.  First session takes place on February 17th.

The first set of gym times in January and February will be for U12 - Squirts, U14 - Pee Wees, U16 - Bantams and U18/U19 -Midgets ages.

Registration starts in February at the following times:
- Saturday, February 4th from 12:00 noon - 3:00 pm at Concession at Rosedale Field
- Sunday, February 5th from 12:00 noon - 3:00 pm at Tillicum Mall, Lower Level near Elevators
- Saturday, February 11th from 12:00 noon - 3:00 pm at Concession at Rosedale Field
- Sunday, February 12th from 12:00 noon - 3:00 pm at Tillicum Mall, Lower Level near Elevators

NOTE for parents:

Softball BC has made some changes to the names of age divisions:

 - Mites will now be U10 (Born 2002-03) 
 - Squirts will now be U12 (Born 2000-01)
 - Pee Wees will now be U14 (Born 1998-99) 
 - Bantams will now be U16 (Born 1996-97) 
 - Midgets will now be U18/19 (Born 1993*/94/95)
           - *Players born in 1993 must have been registered as a “C” player in 2011

LTP 1 (Learn to Play) stays the same (Born 2006-07)
LTP 2 stays the same (Born 2004-05)

This year Strawberry Vale will be hosting the following tournaments at our beautiful Rosedale Park.

• Rae Patterson Memorial Bantam C - May 12-13, 2012
• Bantam B - May 26-27, 2012
• Midget C - June 2-3, 2012

Strawberry Vale Fastball Association is proud to play at Rosedale Park on Santa Anita Avenue in Saanich. Rosedale Park is located in a nice neighborhood with a rural atmosphere. The two top-notch skinned diamonds are nestled among trees to the west, trees, tennis courts and a school to the north, houses to the east, and more park and homes to the south. A great green setting to play ball at any time!
